Fethiye Lovers Travel Agency的点评
点评：We just used Fethiye Lovers for our return airport transfer between Dalaman Airport & Fethiye. For our initial pickup, the driver was waiting for us as soon as we left the departures door at the airport. He stopped very soon after we left airport & purchased 2 cold bottles of water for us.
For our return pickup, our flight time had changed so I reached out to the company via email & WhatsApp (twice) to request a later pick up time from our hotel. I did not get a response from either of these communications, so I ended up getting our hotel concierge to ring them & agree a new pick up time.
Not sure what happened here with both of these & why I didn’t get a response. I will say I used the WhatsApp number on their website & the email address that they used to originally confirm my booking.
Our return pickup was waiting at the hotel at the new agreed time with 2 bottles of water & we arrived safely in plenty of time at the airport.
The drivers were great - but perhaps their communications process needs to be looked at to ensure timely responses to customer queries.
