Terrible Experience – Paint on My Back, Ruined Swimsuit, and Unhelpful Staff

点评：I visited Bondi Icebergs Club recently and had one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a swimming venue. After using the facilities, I discovered my entire back was covered in white paint from the wall. It caused irritation and discomfort, and when I went to ask for help, the staff were unfriendly and dismissive.
They tried to remove the paint using a strong thinner, which made my skin feel even worse and actually ruined my swimming costume. Instead of showing concern, the supervisor told me not to make a complaint because the club “would take no responsibility.” That was honestly shocking to hear.
For a place as well-known as Bondi Icebergs, I expected much better safety standards and basic customer care. Instead, I left uncomfortable, upset, and out the cost of a ruined swimsuit.
I hope management takes this seriously, because no guest should have to go through something like this.
