AMAZING DAY
ByFood的点评
点评：Make & Taste Sicilian Desserts in Palermo – Learn Cannoli & More .
What an amazing class and experience!
We were greeted on time by Antonio at the designated meeting location and found out it would basically be a private class as it was only my wife and I booked for the class . Antonio brought us up to his kitchen located in his apartment overlooking the Palermo Marina with a beautiful view. Once here he prepped us on what we would be preparing for the class, explaining the ingredients used and checking if we had any intolerance issues prior to starting. Antonio is not only a great chef but also a great host , teacher and most importanly a great person. He taught us to prepare 3 amazing traditional Sicilian desserts, each was better than the other. He patiently taught us the procedures to make them but also explained the history of these delicious desserts and shared life stories with us while there. Once the desserts were all finished Antonio made us coffee and we shared our delicious creations with one and other. Both my wife and myself had such an amazing time during this experience. For us both it was more than just learning the recipes, don't get me wrong that alone would have been enough , but it was more the connection we felt with Antonio himself. Just an amazing day. Antonio made us promise to share the results of our future attempts with him as we try to replicate these recipes in the future , which we certainly will. If you are thinking of booking this DO NOT HESITATE , it is well worth it . THANK YOU AGAIN ANTONIO. ”
