点评：I can’t review the tour itself yet since we haven’t been on it, but I absolutely have to give a huge shoutout to Diogo.
He went out of his way to help us, and without him, we probably would have ended up in Toronto instead of finding the right bus to Pena Palace (lol). Not only did he guide us to the right spot, but he also helped us change to the correct tickets—something we might have missed without his assistance. Thanks to him, we were able to experience the inside of the palace, which would have been such a shame to miss!
Later, before wrapping up his day, he even checked in on us to make sure we were okay and not still stranded on top of the mountain (lol). Diogo didn’t hesitate to take time out to answer all our questions, offer helpful recommendations, and, most importantly, treat us with kindness and humor.
We’re already planning to book a tour with him next time because people like Diogo are rare. Thank you again, Diogo—you’re not just a great guide but truly an all-around wonderful person!
