点评:Myself and a friend were booked in for the Ibiza Classics bottomless brunch this bank holiday Sunday and all I can say is that your amazing team member Sayf really saved the experience from being a complete disaster.
It took over an hour and 20 minutes (the bottomless brunch is 90mins long) for our food to come out and once it did neither myself or my friend finished it due to it being well under cooked, mine was absolutely stone cold in the middle of the burger, bare in mind we had asked 3 different waitresses very politely where our food was and one even shrugged and replied “dunno” without a care in the world. Thankfully Sayf kept the drinks flowing whilst running around also dealing with every other table, the guy deserves a medal and a promotion for having to keep the ship sailing on his own, but your other waiting staff require some serious customer service training because their attitudes were atrocious.
