They offered delivery to the port and pickup. I gave them the address I saw in a Google search(which turned out to be an old address). In addition to that blunder, our ship was unable to dock at Georgetown and was redirected to Spots Bay(which resulted in my son and me getting to the given address one and a half hours later than our appointed time. I was unable to communicate with the company and feated that they would not sit around and wait and that, that would result in the loss of my payment. As it turned out, I was able to find a phone and call them. To my delight, they had left the bikes, locked up to a streetlamp pole, down from the address I had given them and we were still able to ride the 7 Mile Beach stretch to go snorkeling. I commend their dedication and actions, along with their wonderful communication. I would definitely do business with this company, again.
