Falkirk Airport Shuttle Transfer的点评
点评：On 8th June 2025, I contacted this company to ask them to transport us to Glasgow Airport for a holiday in September 2025 and return us home afterwards. I spoke to Tony on the telephone who described how good his service is. He sent me an email giving a quote and I replied to him by text the following day which is what he asked me to do. The text I sent to him confirmed the booking and gave details of our address, contact details and details of our flights. He replied saying ‘perfect looking forward’.
A week or so later, I contacted Tony again by telephone to ask him if he was free to take us to Edinburgh Airport in January 2026. He wasn’t available for then but he confirmed again in regard to our booking in September 2025.
Last week, 3 weeks before the September holiday, I sent Tony an email just to confirm that things were still ok for our uplift. He replied saying that he did not have us booked in and that he sent me an email on 19th June asking if we had decided to go ahead and I hadn’t replied. First of all, I had confirmed in the text and secondly, I did not receive any email. He asked me to send him the details (again) and I got an email straight back saying only – ‘unfortunately I am unable to do transfers on 10th September’. That was it. I told him I was intending to leave a poor review and was basically told to go ahead.
He knows he is in the wrong and people make mistakes, but his attitude was totally ambivalent and couldn’t care less. Not a person to be relying upon to get you to an early morning flight. Not recommended.
