点评：Visited for the toy story breakfast a couple of weeks ago. What a waste of money. Spent 15 minutes trying to find parking which meant we were late. Kids were given chocolate pancakes with no cutlery. Woman come round asking the kids to colour in the pictures to win a prize, the colours on the table were unusable so I asked the table next to us. By the time the kids had put the pencil to the paper, the winner of the competition was announced. The meet and greet toy story characters were awful, like they had been ordered from Shein. Kids got a 2 hour play included in this, but after an hour, you have to drag the kids out for them to go back in again. So I had to deal with two kids not wanting to leave the play area and a member of staff telling us we have to leave but can come back in. By the time we went back in the kids had lost interest. Another child cut their lip and when the parent asked the staff for a first aid kit, they presented an ice pack and said they didnt have a first aid kit. They did a collect a picture for a celebrationa chocolate, but didnt tell the children what they were doing unless they asked. The kids pictures were all taken from the table while they were playing, so I had to go and ask for them back. Honestly the entire experience was awful. The staff did not care in the slightest, and its slightly concerning all of the members of staff were young girls so didn't have a clue. They just sat in a corner laughing and joking. Could have been a fire and they wouldn't have had a clue.
