点评：We recently had my son’s birthday party here, and unfortunately, although the venue itself is good, the experience was really disappointing because of the attitude of some of the staff.
I completely understand that staff need to remind children about safety rules and make sure everyone is behaving appropriately — that’s part of their job. However, there is a polite and respectful way to speak to children, and unfortunately, this was not our experience.
Several members of staff came across as rude, ignorant and as though they really didn’t care that we had paid over £300 for the party. At one point, a specific member of staff was spoken to and responded without even looking up. Another member of staff actually said, “I’m having one of those days, everyone is annoying me.” I found this extremely unprofessional, particularly in front of children and parents who had paid for what should have been a special occasion.
The venue itself is good and the children enjoyed the activities, but the staff’s attitude really put a dampener on what should have been a lovely day celebrating my son’s birthday.
Unfortunately, based on our experience, I wouldn’t return. It’s a real shame because with more friendly, respectful and professional staff, it could have been a completely different experience.
