点评：My friend and I booked the Ultimate Couples Bath at AIRE Chicago expecting a beautiful, relaxing evening. Instead, it turned into one of the most humiliating and stressful experiences of our lives.
From the moment we arrived, staff were rude, the facility was overcrowded, and the saunas were dirty. Instead of being treated with kindness, we were singled out, unfairly accused, and aggressively monitored while other guests spoke freely and enjoyed themselves. Without even listening to us—or to witnesses who confirmed we had done nothing wrong—the manager ordered us to leave, bringing in security and escalating the situation publicly in front of everyone.
What should have been a romantic spa evening turned into a nightmare. We were left humiliated, traumatized, and still covered in salt from the scrub treatment. To make matters worse, AIRE has refused to refund the money I paid for my session, my upcoming reservation, and even my unused gift vouchers. They have never apologized for the mistreatment or taken responsibility.
If you are considering AIRE Chicago for a special occasion with your loved one—do not risk it. This place can easily ruin what should be a meaningful day. There are many other spas in Chicago where you will be treated with respect and professionalism. Sadly, AIRE is not one of them.
