点评：Even though it was a short part of my bigger three-country journey (Senegal, Mauritania, and The Gambia), my time with Youssou was truly exceptional. He put together a smooth, two-day trip, met me late at night at the airport, and took care of everything – transport, meals, and accommodation. The next day, I found myself deep in a mangrove forest, where Youssou translated a local’s story about how they plant and expand the forest, creating a whole living ecosystem. It was the perfect, peaceful start to something much bigger.
On top of that, I had a last-minute visa to print, and somehow Youssou managed to find a place in the middle of a small town, far off the beaten path. He’s cheerful, helpful, and always finds a solution when needed. A great choice for small groups of travelers.
