I was very lucky and kindly gifted a couples spa experience at this beautiful establishment on the 24 November 2024. I frequent several different spa's on a regular basis both local and international. This experience was by far disappointing. Although the entrance is beautiful and the reception is friendly. The actual therapists both my husband and mine lack finesse. My husband therapist was continously clearing her throat and sniffing . My therapist new a little bit how to massage
Btw we opted for a Swedish massage which is supposed to concentrate on any sore muscles that you may have. There were no forms to fill out when you arrived So no questions on your health, medication or allergies nor were there any questions on type of pressure. Mine was practically non-existent. The place is noisy with constant opening and closing the doors.My therapist Lectu, did not know what an Indian head massage is. I have had these in the past.we felt like we just bring rubbed. Then to top it off they tell you that you 5 min to change . You are charged 150 rand to use the shower to wash all the oil off! The spa is busy but when you go it should feel like a sanctuary not feel rushed.
