Spectacular sights - but the facility needs improvement

点评：We enjoyed the dam wall and appreciated the viewing platforms - however the general lack of signage meant we parked a lot further from the dam than we could have and the path to the viewing platform was not very good.
Obviously a lot has been spent on the infrastructure, but some fundamentals need to be addressed before this is a fully-functioning attraction.
The biggest disappointment was the Kiosk, where we decided to take lunch. We waited 45 minutes for two BLTs to be cooked and when they eventually came, they were cold. Two burgers ordered at the same time had not even been started, so we cancelled the order and got a refund. The kiosk was not particularly busy either, but others were equally frustrated by the delays.
There was only one person on duty and he was completely overwhelmed trying to cook, serve ice creams, make coffees etc. This is probably not normal, but he should have advised us of his inability to produce what we requested from the menu and not accepted the order. This would have been a much better option and not left us frustrated and hungry.
