点评：This could have been spectacular, but it wasn't. They are going for a one-of-a-kind experience, but a few areas need to be addressed. Food started off very strong. The small bites and platter with Walla Walla sauce set a great tone, then the plated portions had some fails. The wine pouring style was off. Some wines were being poured from small single glass decanters and then revisits (very small pours) from another small decanter or bottle. Were you getting wine from the same bottle? We were left with food on our plates and no wine in any glass on more than one occasion.
Also, most of the wines were not local. No option to tailor to "local only" was given. We enjoyed the French and CA wines but that was not our reason for visiting Oregon.
For the cost of the "Very Nice Lunch" $$$$, it fell short of expectation.
