点评：We did the “Agent 22” room and booked for a group of 6, but when we arrived, we were told we’d be sharing the room with two strangers, bringing the total to 8. The room was far too small to accommodate that many people comfortably. There was no visible timer, and the attendant wasn’t attentive—we had to yell for help, and when he finally responded, he just walked into the room abruptly since there was no intercom system.
After we completed the room, we had to yell again to get someone’s attention to confirm we were finished. There was no celebration or acknowledgment—no sound effects, no fanfare, nothing. Two members of our group were experiencing an escape room for the first time, and they left feeling disappointed.
For the $170 we paid, the experience definitely did not meet expectations.
