A rushed and unpleasant experience

点评：Beautiful venue but unwelcoming staff and awful experience. Wine tasting cut in half, okay wine, overpriced cheese and charcuterie board containing nothing more than a load of bread and a few slices of ham, and stressed-out and unpleasant staff.
We arrived at 18:00 as per our reservation, however the experience was rushed and unpleasant. We could not complete our wine tasting, and the staff failed to mention promptly we could easily have just swapped our six wine tastes for a larger glass of wine given our time constraints (they informed us, at 18:40, that they would need us out of the venue by 19:00).
Aside from the rush and less-than relaxing experience, we also ordered a charcuterie and fromage board which we were told would have an assortment of cheeses and meats for €40.
We were disappointed to receive a board of bread croutons and ham - as they had run out of cheese, which again they failed to mention until this was served. As one of us is veggie and the other is coeliac, this was off-putting.
Afterwards we chose the option to cut our wine tasting and instead swap to a glass of wine, but the owners didn’t properly communicate this to each other and ended up bringing us the remainder of the wine tasting (which we had to send back) along with the wine glasses.
After having explained our multiple inconveniences to the staff, we were assured we would pay a reduced price given the halved wine tasting and subpar cheese-less meat board, but our total amount came to the price of our full wine tasting + 40€ for the board.
I’d recommend looking around for places with a slightly more relaxed vibe and later opening time to avoid adding unnecessary stress to an otherwise lovely holiday.
