点评:A must do cooking class when in Chiang Mai! Ploy is the loveliest host and most talented chef who cares a lot about her customers having a top experience. You get picked up from your hotel and taken to a local market where they show and teach you about the ingredients that you will be using to cook the dishes, as well as trying some Thai fruits. You then pick other ingredients at the farm (herbs, flowers, etc) before heading back to the cooking school. Each person chooses 5 dishes from a wide range of Thai dishes - mine were deep fried spring rolls, Thai noodle soup, paenang curry, pad see ew and deep fried bananas. Make sure you choose different dishes from the people you are with so that you can try a wider range at the end. The chefs guide you through every step and the food was absolutely delicious! The feast at the end was huge and we left feeling stuffed! Anything you don’t eat you have the option to take away. Honestly couldn’t recommend this cooking class enough, we had such a good time and learnt so much!
