Disappointing experience

点评：Went for an experience day and had a great hack out and Nina who took us was brilliant great to chat too but was completely ruined by the owner (Dani) from the minute we arrived and returned from the hack. The owner basically just made us feel like a massive inconvenience from the minute we arrived, we'd purchased a voucher off buyagift and she did nothing but twist about them and complain that she was stuck in a contract with them for a year like as if it was our fault. One of the younger girls actually came and apologised to me for the way the owner had spoke and said she was stressed out. When we arrived back from the hack she started shouting at Nina for being late back infront of us and didnt acknowledge us at all, baring in mind we'd actually set off later than our slot time as she'd already said prior to this she was running behind. She then came into the stable and started twisting at us again for being late back even though we had no clue where we were going so how were we meant to know we were just following the leader. It's a shame as it's a good experience for people but she just ruined from start to finish
