The last time I played, the tee times were 30 minutes behind schedule and it was only 10:00 a.m. The "starter" was doing nothing and there was a traffic back-up at the first tee. Complete chaos. When we finally got started, it took over 5 1/2 hours to get the round in.
I was going to try it again and scheduled a tee time for 11:07 on March 12. However, my plans changed so I called in on March 10 to cancel the reservation (you cannot cancel it on line). I got their voice mail which instructed me to leave a message, so I left a message to cancel the reservation. I thought that was done until I was notified 2 days later that they had charged my American Express for 4 rounds of golf ($196). I called them and spoke to a rep in the pro shop who said he couldn't help me. He transferred me to the GM, but I got his voice mail. I left him a message but did not get a call back, so I called again the next day and left another message. I still have not gotten a call back.
Buyer beware - this is a very poorly run organization. I have disputed the charge with American Express, but should not have to go through that process. I have no choice, though, due to their lack of management.
