Very bad experience!!!
Flores Explore Tours的点评
点评：We wish to write our bad experience with the agency Flores Explore Tours. We choose them because of very good reviews written about the driver John. Unfortunately, I cannot confirm any good experience with them. We established everything with John, but we have been accompanied by the driver Yammin. Yammin always declared that he loves his job but he never helped us to carry our baggage into or out the car. He even tried to change our hotel accommodation because to fare for him to pick up us. When we asked some questions, his answer was, I don't know, no or yes. We met other tourists accompanied by drivers. They had absolutely different good experiences. They were willing to to explain something about the places around. Yammin didn't have this kind of approach. His priority was to smoke every stop a speak with another drivers. I remember once we had to stop in the queue on the road. He just left to speak with other drivers leaving us to sit in the car without any explanation. When we asked what happed, he said: I don't know. So, we just walk 50 meters and saw the reason of the stop. Jammin's behavior was disrespectful in each aspect. We send a message to John with our complains. He never give us any explanation. We highly recommend you do not choose this agency. There are a lot of other agencies which works much better.
