Kemo Manjang - The Gambia

点评：Kemo Manjang was absolutely brilliant. Me and My girlfriend in our early 20s went on our first ‘adventurous’ holliday away from what I would call regular destination’s (i.e. France, Spain) and decided to go to The Gambia for the first time.
After arriving we soon realised we could do with a little help so sought out for a guide to help us explore. After finding numerous good reviews on Kemo, I messaged him on Facebook and had a reply not long after. Kemo came to our hotel the same day at a time that worked best for us, and sat down with us to discuss what we would like to do and work out affordable prices based on our budget.
We decided to do 3 trips with Kemo on 3 separate days across our 7 day holiday (Which we wish was longer in retrospect!)
- On the First trip Kemo picked us up promptly on our agreed time and took us to explore the Markets of The Gambia, to a museum where around the corner you can take photos and see Alligators, followed by seeing a local school.
- Second: A boat trip where we were able to visit an island with rich history and further Market exploring.
- On our final trip with Kemo we got a boat ride to the North of The Gambia, where we then travelled in the back of a Safari Truck through Senegal to the Safari Park where we saw all sorts of amazing wildlife including being able to take photos and videos together with Lions!
I believe the Pricing was really reasonable and we absolutely got what we payed for and more!
All and all our Holiday to The Gambia was amazing and something we will remember forever. I truly believe this was due to us meeting Kemo, he made it so special. He is extremely knowledgeable, has a great personality and made everything more relaxing knowing we had days planned out with him stress free.
As you can tell from my review yes, I highly recommend Kemo Manjang.
