More frustrating than relaxing…
Spa Mirbeau的点评
点评：BEWARE. Spa Mirbeau in Albany has the potential to be a special and wonderful relaxing spot in the capital district but it is currently anything but.
About 6 months ago the spa really started to decline and now it is dirty (hair in showers, filthy tables in aqua terrace, sticky dirty floors in exercise room and questionable white substance on sauna walls), and the facilities are seriously lacking. This facility has not had actual hot water for showers since at least Dec 2025 and the eucalyptus steam room has no steam and no eucalyptus anywhere to be found. The sauna runs on a timer which is many times forgotten by staff so it is not hot enough to bring on a sweat, and the jacuzzi is frequently grimy or not in service. Additionally, the services are not worth the high cost - the mani/pedi polish they use does not even last a week, and while I have had decent massages here in the past, my most recent experience was horrible and actually damaged my shoulder.
The worst part is the current management and customer service. The staff is clueless and unhelpful, and when you try to bring an issue to management they are rude and gaslight you saying the issue you are describing is not an actual problem OR they just blame upper management and say they cant do anything about it.
If you are looking for relaxation find somewhere else! You will leave Spa Mirbeau in Albany more stressed and upset than you arrived. Complexions spa is a good local alternative in my experience.
