Positive experience with BH Lanka and Bhati!

点评：We had a great experience with our driver Bhati throughout most of our trip in Sri Lanka. He was always kind, courteous, and kept the car very clean. We appreciated his safe driving and the care he showed in making sure we were comfortable along the way. He was generally flexible with our itinerary, and through most of the sites, he guided us, provided explanations/historical context, and helped take photos. He would hustle in front of us to help buy tickets so we didn’t have to wait and also made sure we were mindful of time.
The tour agency helped us schedule a 6 day trip quite last minute (about 10 days out), remained communicative and flexible throughout the booking process.
The hotels were hit and miss, some were great and others questionable considering 4/5 star hotels.
Overall, very positive experience and great to have a kind guide like Bhati.
