We also weren’t given any instructions about where to go, how to use the lockers, or how to get started with the facilities. Luckily, a few regular guests were kind enough to help us find our way, otherwise we would have been completely lost. I really believe that if the management chooses to offer Groupon deals, the guests who book through them should be treated with the same respect and courtesy as members. After all, if the experience is positive, those guests may well return and even consider a membership.
Another downside was the restaurant. We had planned to enjoy a brunch together, but there were no menus available, and none of the staff approached us or offered any help. It felt like we were being avoided, so in the end we left without ordering anything.
Overall, the setting and facilities are lovely, and we did manage to enjoy some time together, but the way we were treated by staff really put a shadow over what was meant to be a special day.
