Bears and Waterfalls, what more could you ask for! Do this FIRST thing in the morning!

点评：ARRIVE EARLY and BE BEAR AWARE! While this is literally the most popular place in Grand Teton, we encountered 2 adult bears and a bear cub while on the trail. Get bear spray and know what to do and what not to do!
The trail has some steep inclines but it well worth it, and consider continuing on to Inspiration Point! We took the boat over Jenny Lake to save some hiking.
If this is on your to do for Grand Teton, do yourself a favor and get up early! We arrived around 7:45am, found close parking and were on the second shuttle boat with no waiting. When we returned around 10:30am people were already parking on the road leading to the visitor center and there was a line for the shuttle. When we drove by the area again around 3:00pm there were cars parked on the MAIN ROAD in either direction for at least a half mile before you even got to the road that led to the visitors center!
if you want a serene hiking experience, set an alarm!
