点评：Yacht was delivered clean and well-prepared. The check-in process was efficient and handled via a simple app with photo documentation, which made the procedure straightforward.
The team on-site worked hard throughout - open, approachable, and clearly dedicated. George deserves a mention among those who were consistently busy and focused during turnaround.
Communication with the charter base during the trip was smooth and effective, with quick responses via a dedicated Telegram group, which proved to be very convenient.
Operations manager Vaggelis showed a professional and understanding attitude regarding some minor damages on the yacht, which were not necessarily caused by us. His fair and balanced approach was noteworthy and much appreciated.
Lastly, Irene at the front desk was always smiling, attentive, and genuinely helpful in every aspect - giving time and care to each guest individually.
