Good trip - but not friendly and fuel is a scam!

点评：We had a good time together but to be honest the service wasn’t great and the value for money questionable. I went to enquire at the desk in the morning and it seemed really hard to get information out of the assistant on the desk, she really wasn’t massively helpful and was quite dismissive / a little stand off ish. I put this down to a language barrier but when we returned she was equally direct! We boarded the boat and all was fine, it was €150 for 4 hours for quite an under powered small boat - the kids were excited and the views were going to be great so we went ahead. The guy who gave us the boat and showed us around it was totally different, really friendly and super accommodating.
Had a nice trip, anchored a couple of times - the assistants instructions weren’t massively clear where you should and shouldn’t stop - being honest we would have liked to park up for lunch but been told we could only do this in certain places.
When we returned the first assistant was back and she was pretty direct when helping us to moor up, I have done it many times but we kept being scolded / told to do things we’d already done so in the end I just got out and handed her the rope.
Then came the stinger. It’s a small fuel tank - probably 3 times the size of a plastic Jerry can… the fuel bill was €45!!!!!!!!!! I was gobsmacked. To be honest this is a complete scam, again when I paid there was no thank you just a telling off for paying by card.
All in - it was a great trip but for €205 I could’ve hired a car for nearly a week…. If they are just polite and reasonable I’d go again but I’m afraid I wouldn’t in future.
