Poor Advice - Safety and Distance time to travel
Ninos Boats Rental的点评
点评：Staying at Eva Palace Hotel and hired a 30hp four person boat for 4 hrs (160 euro plus fuel).
Positives - great boat clean and easy to use for a beginner.
Negatives - no safety info was given re life jackets or basic info when mooring in a harbour. Anchor should drop at the rear of boat (even though stored at the front) and no second front rope was in the boat.
No / incorrect explanation of recommended places to visit and the time to reach the places. For example the map Ninos provided had a stop (photo on map 5) Kissiopi. To reach Kissiopi would take two hours and therefore a four hour round trip - will no other opportunity for any lunch stops or swim. Plus Kissiopi could use almost a full tank of fuel.
Recommend don't travel further than Aggios Stefanos harbour (max) then leisurely cruise back towards Dassia bay and return.
The distances and places to stop should have been clearly explained at the time of booking. The map of the entire island is pointless unless you are planning to navigate the entire coast!!!! :-( Far better if a local / North East detailed map would have been provided.
Just ask lots of questions would be my advice, as the team seem to assume everyone has hired from them and explored that area before.
