We just completed the 8-day Lemosho Route up Mount Kilimanjaro with Karibu Adventure, and the experience was absolutely incredible from start to finish. Our group of 7 was in the best hands possible with Frank, the owner, who was incredibly responsive, organized, and passionate about ensuring everything ran smoothly.
From day one, the guides, porters, and cooks were professional, friendly, and deeply knowledgeable about the mountain. Every detail was thoughtfully planned—from the comfortable tents and hearty meals to the daily health checks and motivation on the trail. The team truly went above and beyond to make sure we were safe, well-fed, and encouraged every step of the way.
The Lemosho Route itself is stunning—scenic, less crowded, and gave us time to acclimate properly. Reaching the summit together was an emotional and empowering experience that we’ll never forget, and it wouldn’t have been possible without the support and expertise of the Karibu team.
If you're looking to climb Kilimanjaro with a trustworthy, experienced local company that treats you like family, Karibu Adventure with Frank is the way to go. 10/10 would recommend!
