点评：I had booked a single trip back to the airport from our Hotel in Puerta Rico. The taxi did not arrive. After a frantic phone call to the company they had sent the driver to the airport instead of the Hotel. The Hotel called us an alternative taxis which cost 70 euros, but it got us to the airport just before check in closed. It was very stressful.
Im sure 9/10 this company deliver on time, but on this occasion they did not deliver the contracted service.
Their taxi would have cost me 55 euro, I asked for a refund of 70 euros (cost of replacement taxi) as a gesture of goodwill. They said this was not possible. Unfortunately it took nearly 4 weeks to get my refund of 55 euros. I was a little disappointed in their customer care.
I have also asked them to confirm that all my personal details have been deleted from their systems, as they ask for passport number ,dont know why, and I have still not received this confirmation.
