点评：We were staying just metres from this museum and decided to check it out on our final day in Athens. It’s relatively small, but there are guided tours regularly throughout the day. The guide tour is a must-do if you want the full benefit of the museum. The guide walks your through 6-8 of the inventive displays and provides important background for each, On the upper floor, a replica of the world’s first computer (over 2,000 years old) can be found, used to calculate the days and months and moon cycles both forwards and backwards in time.
The basement level features armour from dating back to the 6th century BC and is also worth some of your time. There was a docent present but his time was being monopolized by some dude who had suggested that the movie 300 was an amazing depiction of ancient warfare. The docent was in violent disagreement with him.
