Went tonight 22nd march 2026 and was in a short cue and a member of staff came up to me and was very unprofessional and told me I could NOT be in the line as I was not there Thursday Friday or Saturday so I grab my mum and left I find Marjorie of the staff very ignorant and not at all helpful in any way or form I spoke to the MD in bridgend tonight and complained to him about the neath club I will never put my foot back in that club till staff get customer care skills nvq level 2 they are very grumpy or is the fault stand at castle club manager why the staff are scared to talk to customers the worse company for prices of ticket bingo they push the machine at crazy price it all a bloody scam at castle food over priced and crap hot drinks are never hot castle management need to really dig deep at the charges to play bingo other club around are lot cheaper and better money to win prices at castle go up prize money stay low
