A bit disappointing
Scotsdales Garden Centre的点评
点评：It was clearly busy when we arrived - we thought it would be a bit quieter by 245 but we were wrong!
There were multiple tables empty but not being cleared, I cleared a table myself and asked one of the waitresses to give it a wipe but she was too busy. Eventually we found a cloth and spray and did the job ourselves.
We had ordered 3 cakes, 2 cheesecakes and a sponge, the cheesecakes arrived after about 20 minutes. We waited another 10-15 mins and still no drinks or or other cake. I spoke to a manager and the rest of our order arrived soon after but the coffee and hot chocolate were cold, and ice in the glasses had partially melted and the coke was flatter than it should be so likely to have been open a while.
The toilets were also in need of attention, one not working and no loo roll in others.
There were some lads in high Vis jackets who obviously usually worked in a different part of the establishment doing a good job but obviously not their forte!
After sitting for over an hour there were still tables not cleared that had been there since we arrived.
The manager could lead by example and clear some tables rather than just walking around giving orders.
If there were some trays left around/available some people would happily clear their own tables.
