Very disappointed
Finlake Falls的点评
点评：This was our second visit to Finlake after having a great holiday before, we booked the same standard of accommodation.
On arrival the lodge it was surrounded by trees, very dark damp and covered in leaves on the decking, with no chance of any sunlight.
We returned to the reception where we spent 2 hours whilst the very friendly and helpful staff tried to find us alternative accommodation. We were offered an upgrade for an extra £200 which we declined.
Finally we accepted the same grade lodge that we had previously booked but in a different area.
The lodge itself was very worn and tiered, the sofa’s were very badly worn and uncomfortable the recliners were broken and the arm of one chair had broken off. There were no curtains up at the patio doors, window handles broken, dirty carpets and the kitchen was poorly maintained and equipped.
The bed was very uncomfortable and bedding very poor, bottom sheet did not fit.
Apart for all of that the hot tub was well maintained and a welcome escape from the accommodation.
We were both very disappointed this time, and don’t think we will be returning.
