Interesting enough for me not to jump off the tram!

点评：Disclaimer: I really do not like organized tours.....I really like to do my own thing.
This tour hosted by Doug (driver) was interesting enough to hold my short attention (I work with prek kids). It was a nice safe overview of the area. I was able to gain fun facts that I did not know.
We were able to get on and off within reason to explore the main town area
and the lighthouse. The tour was at a nice pace.......I hate I didn't see the flamingos (how dare they not come out for me)! That has nothing to do with the knowledge Doug provided.
If you are a wheelchair user they have a ramp and space for you and your chair.....the best thing ever! My son uses a manual wheel chair for all of his mobility needs and this form of transportation was amazing! I suggest you book the tour early (9or 930ish).....and taxi back to a spot that caught your interest......
Governor's beach is less crowded than Jack's (if you are cruising). I don't need absolute privacy but I don't want to be able to touch my neighbor.
CON: Since they are not part of the Cruise compound it can be a little intimidating to finding them.
Walk out of the duty free area toward the road.
Some people not in uniform who may look like nope I am not going anywhere with you......will offer their assistance!
If they at least had on a shirt with a logo will help....a sign....a signal....a handshake......something that will make it easy to identify them.
I prebooked state side.....and really just wanted to locate them and the guys were able to assist with that (the non idetifiable guys). As you may already know the area is small and everyone knows everyone.....literally!
Mrs Carol (Carlie) was crazy helpful once the guys took me to her......she encouraged that we spend some time in the local village......which we did.....drinks were so so affordable! Bring cash.
Got on the tram afterwards and enjoyed it all........
Looking g forward to a return visit.
