Avoid! No staff supervising and unfit equipment.

点评：Not impressed. Injuries sustained from faulty unrepaired equipment and where were the staff? We only saw two members staff on the floor-surely there should be a certain amount per headcount to keep everyone safe? The seating area upstairs is poorly designed- you can not observe at all or keep an eye on your children what so ever- with the lack of staff supervisor this is worrying. My son got injured 3 times. One of them was a nasty gash to his shin from something sticking out from the trampoline. No one helped him and there was nobody to ask for first aid.
Really disappointed, over priced as it’s more expensive than other jump places+ you have to purchase there own grip socks for £3 (even though we had our own grip socks for jumping) and all accompanying adults have to pay £3 just to come in to sit upstairs and not be able to see your children to keep them safe!
Oh and then pay for lockers too.
They are so over the top on arrival about holding up a board to the camera which says about liability- I would take a strong guess and say they get injuries/complaints or sued quite often!
The staff we did see weren’t particularly friendly. And what’s the point in a slushy machine when you have no straws?! Seriously.
Been to other jump places loads of times and had a great time- not here!
Would NOT recommend.
Save your money and do something else your kids will enjoy more and not be hurt.
