Fantastic party at Flip Out! 🎉
Flip Out Basingstoke的点评
点评：My son absolutely loves Flip Out Basingstoke so we booked his 7th birthday party here. I was a bit worried about how busy it would be but everything was handled in such an organised way that it all went perfectly.
Our party host Isabella was just fantastic, what an absolute star she is and such a lovely friendly girl as well as being professional and level headed.
She was so good with the children and getting them organised - it can be really stressful as a parent organising a birthday party but Isabella was so calming as she wasn’t at all fazed by the chaos and complications of our booking! She talked me through everything and made sure I knew what was happening, where our party room was and helped with everything we needed.
All the staff are great there, the assistant manager Oli was so helpful in the run up to the party and answered all my questions and concerns with prompt replies over email.
My son had a brilliant birthday, thank you so much to everyone at Flip Out, I would highly recommend having a party here.
The actual bounce park is also kept really clean and it is all in really good condition, we have always had a good experience there and lots of fun.
The only criticism I would maybe make is the children only got one slice of pizza which looked a bit small, we attended a party at Atmosphere and there was loads of pizza on the table which they could share out so this seemed quite a small portion in comparison but the pizza itself was really tasty and they did get chips too.

唯一美中不足的是，孩子们只分到了一片披萨，看起来有点小。我们之前在Atmosphere参加过一个派对，桌上摆满了披萨，孩子们可以一起分享，所以相比之下，这片披萨的分量就显得少了很多。不过，披萨本身味道确实不错，而且他们还分到了薯条。
