#### Dubai Tour:
Our family vacation kicked off in Dubai, and it was nothing short of fantastic! From start to finish, the tour was wonderfully organized. Everything was kept up-to-date, with timely pickups and drops ensuring we never missed a beat. The staff were friendly and informative, making our experience even more enjoyable.
We stayed at a fantastic hotel, although we did encounter one rude staff member at the front desk, which was unfortunate. Additionally, the swimming pool was under construction, but the team quickly arranged for us to go to Kite Beach with complimentary transportation. This thoughtful gesture really enhanced our stay!
#### Maldives Tour:
The Maldives was our next stop, and while the tour arrangement was excellent, we did face a challenge on the first day. Upon arrival, bad weather led to the cancellation of our seaplane transport to the resort, leaving us stuck in Male. Unfortunately, the resort wasn’t prepared to assist us in this situation.
They should either take care of us same like to other or refund 100% of 1day refund should made. We later discovered that many other travelers had better arrangements made directly by their resorts, covering all necessities.
We recommend booking a 100% refundable package with Laser Travel and Tours for added peace of mind. This way, if any emergencies arise, you can secure a refund for at least one night’s stay.
Despite the rocky start and initial inconveniences, our time at the Maldives turned out to be amazing. The last two nights were spent at a wonderful resort with great food and very helpful Nepali staff who made our stay hassle-free and incredibly comfortable.
In the end, we are genuinely happy with the overall arrangements made by Laser Travel and Tours. Their commitment to customer service truly shone through, and we would highly recommend them to anyone planning a vacation.
