Amazing 3-Day Hike in Usambara Mountains

点评：We were four friends who had the pleasure of spending three unforgettable days hiking with Usambara Eco Tours, and we loved every second of it! The communication beforehand was smooth and easy. We arrived by bus, and our guide was already waiting for us at the final stop — they also made sure we got on the right bus for our return trip afterward, which was very helpful.
What really makes this experience special is that you are far away from mass tourism and get to see the real life of the local people. The nature is breathtaking, the views are incredible, and everyone you meet along the way is so kind and welcoming.
Our guide, Rachidi, was absolutely amazing — the nicest person you could imagine. He taught us some Swahili words so we could practice simple sentences with the locals. He also showed us which plants are used for different purposes, how the houses are built, and even where to find chameleons!
It was an authentic, enriching, and truly memorable experience. I can’t recommend Usambara Eco Tours and Rachidi enough — he really is the best guide ever!
