Quad Tour Mallorca的点评
点评：Our guide was very friendly and helpful at the start and after a very brief safety induction we headed out. The tour started well and the route was lovely. Unfortunately about halfway through, 2 young girls who were sharing a quad bike had an accident and rolled their bike. The quad was a write-off and they were extremely lucky not to have very serious injuries. Despite the fact that they had numerous cuts, scrapes, bruises and were in shock, our guide insisted that we carry on the tour to the snorkelling. They clearly needed medical attention, and even though we pointed this out to our guide, he was insistent that they were OK to carry on. He was quick to remind them that they would have to pay 500 for the damaged quad. There didn't appear to be any back-up plan in the event of an emergency! Their only priority was to complete this tour and be back in time for the afternoon tour. When we arrived back, the blonde lady behind the counter was very rude to us and other customers, mainly because many customers were needing to use the toilets, which were out of order and had been all day. Overall a shoddy operation which I would recommend to avoid!
