If these limitations have been recently introduced, it is only fair that you clearly communicate them in advance — either on your website, booking platforms, or at the ticket counter — and more importantly, reduce the entry fee for those who are restricted from accessing the rides.
This visit was the worst experience I’ve had in a waterpark. I felt completely excluded and misinformed after traveling such a long distance, spending money, and dedicating time just to be turned away from every ride. I will not be visiting Aqua Bliss again, nor will I be recommending it to anyone else.
