Upul was simply the best!

点评：Before our trip, I spent a lot of time researching so I can now confidently say: you won't find anyone better. Seriously.
Upul was incredibly kind and became a true friend over the course of our 11-day tour (actually 12, because he even took us back to the airport himself—despite just finishing another tour!).
We really appreciated his calm and gentle nature. He’s not the loud tour guide type (which suited us perfectly, especially since we were juggling a lively 3-year-old). His English is excellent, and we had some great conversations along the way.
Even though he and our son didn’t speak the same language, they formed a special bond over the days. Upul was endlessly patient and even surprised our little one with a cricket bat—total highlight! Upul even carried our little one during walks, joined us on many of our excursions, and always made sure we got wherever we needed to go safely—whether it was hotel check-ins, hopping on trains, or spontaneous detours.
He’s super professional, drives safely (no speeding, barely any honking!), and was wonderfully flexible when our plans had to change—thanks to toddler moods, a bit of sickness, and spontaneous stops. He also had great suggestions for things to see and do.
Oh, and the car? Spotless, comfy, fully stocked with water, and always fueled up and ready to go.
Always smiling, always in a good mood—traveling with Upul was truly a joy.
