点评：I had a free weekend during an Asian business trip and decided to visit Luang Prabang since I had never been to Laos. Only having 48 hours, I reached out to Manifa Travel to customize a tour that covered essentials such as a City Tour covering Alms Giving, Morning Market, Wat Xieng Thong, Royal Palace Museum, and Phousi Hill, as well as can’t miss sights in the area such as Kuang Si Falls, Pak Ou Caves, and a cruise down the Mekong.
I arrived at the airport and was greeted by Thin, my guide for the weekend. From pickup to drop off at the airport two days later, he was wonderful. Very knowledgeable and personable, he answered all my questions and shared extensive knowledge about his country, the area, and what we were seeing. He was very professional, but in a friendly way that invited more questions and enabled me to get everything I wanted out of the weekend and more. Given the nature of the tour, we were able to see more than was on the original itinerary, which was great.
I highly recommend organizing a tour of Luang Prabang through Manifa, and specifically request Thin as a guide if you want a comprehensive and enjoyable time.
