Wonderful day trip to Mindo

点评：My wife and I booked a day trip to Mindo with Amanda and had a great day out.
Amanda picked us up from our hotel near the airport at 8.30am and drove us to Mindo. She had already provided us with a list of possible activities and we discussed them on the way to Mindo. Amanda pointed out various points of interest en route and is a very knowledgeable guide. Our first stop-off was to feed hummingbirds, which is something we will remember as a highlight of our holiday in Ecuador. We then continued to the small town of Mindo to see the waterfalls. We crossed the valley in a cable car and Amanda explained the different routes available. Afterwards, we went on the coffee tour and cocoa tour. We thoroughly enjoyed both tours. Amanda drove us back to the hotel arriving at about 7pm. A full days tour, at a very reasonable price. We cannot thank Amanda enough for a memorable day and hope to have the opportunity of her services next year when we will return with our sons.
