Bad catering experience…

点评：We are local and enjoy drinking at the Tapyard, but I have a bad catering experience to share…
We have bought food many times at the Tapyard, from various catering vans/stalls, and never had a problem… until we came across some mob called Bombayish.
I approached their van and asked what vegan options they had, and was told the samosas and the fries were vegan, so ordered both. However, when they served the food, they had put yogurt all over it, as standard, which clearly is not vegan-friendly. I pointed this out and told them we would not be eating it. They begrudgingly made us a second serving.
The real issue, however, was just how incredibly rude the man working the van was towards us! He had absolutely no idea how to amicably put right a pretty basic catering problem, or any concept of what customer satisfaction might be! The problem was definitely caused by them advising us incorrectly, yet he insisted on aggressively arguing the toss, leaving us feeling upset, annoyed and with a very bad taste in our mouths. We would not recommend this food van simply because of the appallingly rude and ignorant customer service we received.
