点评：The café is located inside a modern glass-walled building, which unfortunately creates a greenhouse effect on sunny days — it can get quite uncomfortably warm, especially when the sun is shining directly in.
The food options are fairly limited, mainly consisting of a few pizzas and soups. On our visit, the soup of the day was a traditional Icelandic stew featuring lamb cubes, swede, carrots, and some rice. It was served with a roll and butter, and while hearty, felt a bit overpriced at around 1,900 ISK.
It is self service with payment before food is given out.
Overall, it’s a quick and easy spot for a bite, with food that’s decent but nothing memorable. The interior is multifunctional — combining a café, gift shop, bookstore, and tourist information centre all in one space. Handy if you’re stopping by for info or souvenirs, but not ideal for a relaxed dining experience.
