A very unclean experience.
Gravity Trampoline Parks Bluewater的点评
点评：I have visited Gravity trampoline park at bluewater many times with my toddler over the past year and a half and attend the parent and toddler sessions. It really feels like the facilities are getting worst, mainly how unclean the equipment is.
I actually think the trampoline park itself is great and we love going but I feel it may be time to find somewhere else as it is starting to feel a little neglected in certain areas.
It has definitely got worse since we first started going. Despite some of the area seeing some repairs like the big crash mat under the balance beams, a lot of the fabric is severely split (on entry to the ninja course) and the dirt and dust build up on the frames as you walk up the stairs to the slide is horrendous. As you walk up the stairs to the slide you only have to look below and can see that the area has not been deep cleaned in a very long time. I know this area is not used or accessible to guests but just seeing this is enough to make you not want to use the equipment. It makes me wonder if the any of the equipment is or has been cleaned!
Lastly the trampolines under the left activity board where you hit the buttons as they light up appears to have been vomited on or has had something spilt on it. It’s disgusting.
Overall I feel that the trampoline park needs a serious clean.
However despite this my daughter absolutely loves gravity and has such a good time when we attend and I also feel that it is a good place for young children as it has a lot to offer.
I completely agree with and understand there should be a safety video but I feel this would be better to watch and agree and confirm it has been watched prior to attending or when you sign the waiver. Trying to get a 2 1/2 year old to stay still and watch a video right next to the trampolines is hard when all they want to do is go and have fun.
We are hoping to be back soon but would love to see a huge improvement with how clean the facilities are before it becomes a health and safety issue.
