点评：Harriet helped us plan our entire journey through Sri Lanka, from relaxing days in Negombo to Trincomalee, Sigiriya, safari and our emotional visit to the children’s home in Panadura where I once lived.
Harriet is originally from Karlstad in Sweden but now lives in Negombo, which gave us the perfect combination of local knowledge and an understanding of what a Swedish family expects while travelling.
Harriet and Neal joined us on some of the days, but even when they were not physically with us, they were always available. We could contact them at any time and ask about absolutely anything. That gave our family an incredible sense of safety throughout the trip.
Harriet is extremely helpful and solution-oriented. If she does not know the answer immediately, she finds it out quickly and makes sure everything is taken care of. Nothing ever feels like a problem for very long.
Thanks to Harriet and Neal, we could relax and enjoy Sri Lanka knowing that someone we trusted was always there if we needed help.
