点评：This past December I focused on seeing Christmas light exhibits in 3 states. Brookgreen Gardens Night of 1000 Candles was by far the most amazing! The illumination in the gardens was imaginative and sparkling. The venue and extent of the lights was massive. They really do have candles in a number of the areas - and I started counting - way over 1000 that are promised (and can’t imagine what it takes to light them and change them out) ! Beautiful! Impressive! To really see the gardens and lights does require a lot of walking with comfortable shoes and weather appropriate clothing. A sense of direction also helps to see all of the areas. They also have people stationed throughout the gardens to provide information/directions. There are so many sculptures in the gardens and effort was made to highlight many of them. Seeing the massive trees with drapes of hanging lights and even the massive lit pine tree at the far end of the gardens along with the trees on the water were totally worth the trip. We went on a Saturday evening ( tickets were sold out for the time we wanted on Friday and Sunday) and entered right as it was getting dark. At the time we entered ( maybe around 5:30) entering the gardens was very organized. Police were on the highway helping with traffic. The gardens ( and bathrooms in the middle of the gardens) did get very busy while we were there. Overall the gardens were very accessible for seniors in wheelchairs and strollers - there is just a lot of walking to see the gardens and their illumination in their entirety but so worth it! It also makes me want to visit the gardens during the day.
翻译：去年十二月，我主要游览了三个州的圣诞灯展。布鲁克格林花园的“千烛之夜”绝对是最令人惊艳的！花园里的灯光布置极富创意，璀璨夺目。灯光规模宏大，令人叹为观止。他们真的在很多地方都布置了蜡烛——我数了一下——远远超过了他们承诺的一千支（真不敢想象点亮和更换这些蜡烛需要多少人力物力）！太美了！太震撼了！想要真正欣赏花园和灯光，需要穿着舒适的鞋子和适合天气的衣物走很多路。最好事先了解一下方向，这样才能逛遍所有区域。花园里也安排了工作人员提供信息和指引。花园里有很多雕塑，而且很多雕塑都得到了精心布置，格外引人注目。看到挂满彩灯的参天大树，甚至是花园尽头那棵巨大的发光松树，还有水边的树木，都让这趟旅行物超所值。我们周六晚上去的（周五和周日我们想去的时段的票都卖光了），天色渐暗的时候我们才进去。我们进去的时候（大概五点半左右），花园的秩序井然。警察在高速公路上维持交通秩序。我们去的时候，花园里（包括花园中央的洗手间）人很多。总的来说，花园对坐轮椅或推婴儿车的老年人来说非常方便——虽然要完整地欣赏花园及其灯光秀需要走很多路，但绝对值得！这让我更想白天去花园看看了。
