点评：Today, Labor Day 2025, we met up with family to meet at the Historical Auto Museum at Roscoe, IL.
It was a beautiful day for an outing together, so we decided this was a good choice.
We got inside, paid our admission fees & started our journey on a wonderful trip through the Museum. There is sooo much to see, Historical cars belonging to famous stars, and presidents. There is information about stars we have seen on TV programs, western movie memorabilia, a gift shop worth checking out to take home a souvenir.
One person there, who is an expert historian for the museum is a man named Tony. Be sure to ask for him. He is the most knowledgeable person, who will answer all your questions & even invite you to a location with benches to sit down, and give you the story behind any section you would like to hear about. We never meant a person so full of knowledge as he is. That's what made it so interesting to listen to him, as we asked for JF Kennedy. Wow!! We learned way more than we expected. It was so interesting to us.
If you bring school groups or senior citizens groups, you will certainly find it well worth your time. They have scooters to ride if walking is difficult & benches throughout the museum for those who need to take a break. There is a vending machine area for drinks & snacks with table & chairs to rest up a bit. There is restrooms . So it is a great place to have an outing.
Just call the phone number & they will gladly set you up for group sizes to take the tour: 815.389.7917 We are sure glad we took our outing with family, and had such a wonderful time enjoying all the exhibits. There is way more than I listed.
